Terms of sale

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These terms govern the sale of digital music content on this site, in line with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (particularly Books VI and XII). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

1. Seller

The seller is the operator identified on the Legal notice page. Contact: booking@winz.fr.

2. Products and pricing

The site offers digital audio files (tracks, EPs, albums) for download. Pricing is pay-what-you-want: the buyer chooses the amount to pay, subject to a minimum shown before payment. Prices are in euros, VAT included where applicable.

Payment is made online, in a single transaction, via Stripe Checkout (card and other payment methods offered by Stripe). No banking data is processed or stored by this site.

3. Delivery

The purchased digital content is delivered immediately after payment confirmation, by email, as a secure, time-limited (72-hour) download link. If the link expires before download, the buyer can request a new one from the site using the email address used at purchase.

4. Right of withdrawal — digital content exception

For distance contracts, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

This right does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right (art. VI.53, 13° of the Code of Economic Law). On this site, the buyer gives this consent and acknowledgment by explicitly ticking the dedicated checkbox before completing payment — without it, the order cannot be placed. Once the file has been delivered, no refund or withdrawal is therefore possible, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Complaints

Any complaint about an order (corrupted file, broken download link, payment error) can be sent to booking@winz.fr and will be handled promptly.

6. VAT and taxation

The applicable VAT regime (exemption, OSS scheme for intra-EU digital sales, etc.) depends on the seller's tax status and is determined with their accountant; it does not affect the consumer rights described in these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, absent an amicable resolution, the competent Belgian courts will have jurisdiction.
